Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist – LMFT (Part‑Time or Full‑Time) Job Description Sign‑On Bonus and Relocation for Eligible New Hire Looking to make a difference in patients’ lives every day? As a Behavioral Health Therapist – LMFT at Chapa‑De Indian Health, you’ll work alongside primary care providers to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based behavioral health services in an integrated, team‑based environment. Salary: $80,200–$100,000 full‑time annual salary. Benefit Highlights (will be prorated for part time): Employer‑paid Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked). Retirement Plan with 6% match. CME allowance. Duties: Provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow‑up referrals. Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, work with primary care providers and assist with program development. Experience and Skills Qualifications: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a Behavioral Health Program. Clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with adults, families, and children. Must be able to relate, understand, and have a working knowledge of the Indigenous Community. BLS certification.
