Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care. This position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and assisting in their recovery process.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients physical conditions and establish treatment goals.

  Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

  Utilize various therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility and strength.

  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

  Document treatment details and maintain accurate records.

  Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current state or federal licensed Physical Therapist credential.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least a Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
  
  
• 
  Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical therapy experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills.

  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  Bring a valid government-issued ID to the facility.
