Job Description

Join a 154-bed hospital that is the most complex within a 70-mile radius, featuring a Level 3 Trauma designation, Level 1 NICU, and accreditation as a Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI. This facility also excels in Advanced Primary Stroke Care and ranks in the top 5% for the nation's orthopedic outcomes. The hospital serves patients from both Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma, making it a vital healthcare resource in the area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage nursing responsibilities within the trauma unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
• Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations to ensure patient safety and recovery.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Candidates must possess required certifications prior to starting.
• Local candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel positions.
