REQUIREMENTS:

MOVING VIOLATIONS:

• No more than 3 in the last 3 years

• No more than 2 in the last 12 months

Jobs:

• No more than 4 in the last year

• No more than 6 in the last 2 years

• No more than 8 in the last 3 years
