Shift Leaders (PIC) are responsible for providing world-class customer service, executing fast, accurate sandwiches, and helping to keep the restaurant clean. We offer fixed or flexible schedules to provide our Shift Leaders (PICs) an excellent work-to-home-life ratio. Many of our Shift Leaders (PICs) are pursuing further education. Our fixed or flexible schedules allow them to choose what works best for them.
Job Requirements:
- Great Work Ethic
- Able to think and move fast on your feet
- Able to assist in providing 100% great customer service
- NO MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Our in-house management training program will have you ready and prepared to execute all tasks as a manager.
