Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at one of our medical locations in Maineville, OH. The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning team committed to excellence. Available Shift Monday-Sunday 8:00pm - 10:00pm Duties Perform thorough cleaning of exam rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Qualifications Punctual and reliable attendance record Coordinate and communicate effectively with others Push or pull up to 20 pounds Stand for up to 8 hours 18 years of age or older Clean Team is an Equal Opportunity Employer* This company does not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
