  • Deliver group, family, and couples therapy sessions while employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

  • Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software to streamline documentation processes.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic support for their emotional and psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role caters to a diverse clientele, including individuals from varied backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your capacity to build rapport and create a safe therapeutic environment will be essential in promoting healing and encouraging clients to engage actively in their treatment processes.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

  • Demonstrated two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
