This is a leadership opportunity for a board-certified emergency medicine physician ready to drive quality and shape operations in a supportive, collegial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide medical direction oversight for the ED, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with hospital administration on performance initiatives Maintain professional and courteous communication with facility and Relias administration and team members Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement and risk management plans for the Emergency Department Participate in all meetings required by Relias to satisfy contractual obligations and improve facility operations

REQUIREMENTS

Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred; Board certified FM or IM physician accepted Previous leadership experience preferred Active Louisiana medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
