Pay Range: DIRECTOR, LEADERSHIP/ORG DEVELOPMENT - $64.76 to $103.61 Job Summary In partnership with VP/CHRO, CEO, Senior Leadership Team, HR Team, and other leaders, the Director of Leadership and Organization Development will set strategy and direction for an integrated talent management plan that supports the Hospital’s mission, vision, core values, goals, and objectives. This leader will oversee full‑range Talent Management activities with an emphasis on organizational development, including learning, succession planning, change management, and executive development. Responsibilities Lead development of talent management initiatives, drive organizational development strategies, manage learning and leadership development programs, and collaborate with executive leadership to align workforce planning with hospital goals. What You'll Bring To The Team 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in learning, talent management, or organization development. Strong influence, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence senior executives. Advanced knowledge and experience in executive development, leadership development, succession planning, change management, management training, professional development, organization development, courseware design, and delivery. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Facilitation experience and track record of impactful delivery to audiences at all levels. Experience with 360 feedback, survey and assessment instruments. Strong attention to detail and advanced preparation. Ability to anticipate needs and act appropriately within deadlines. Strategic thinking capability and hands‑on implementation experience. Licensure And Certification N/A Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
