Summary:

**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 2-3 years or more of ICU experience - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIH Stroke Certification **Preferred Skills:** - MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) & MSICU (Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit) background - IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) exposure - CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) exposure - Meditech experience preferred **Licensure:** - Active Texas RN License (Temporary licenses will not be accepted) **Required Skills:** - Strong critical thinking skills **Special Skills/Experience:** - 2 years or more of relevant experience Candidates must have the required skills, experience, and certifications, as those without these qualifications will not be considered for the role.
