Associate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney to work in a small firm’s business, real estate, government, and general practice. Applications will be accepted from current students, recent graduates, and lateral hires. For current students, applicants in the top 30% of their class are preferred, but not required. For lateral hires, prior experience as a transactional attorney is not required. We serve as general counsel for many private businesses and as the designated attorney for many local governments throughout Southwest Georgia. We also have a general practice representing individuals. If desired, associate would have the opportunity to work on litigation matters. The associate must have strong legal research and writing skills, have a vigorous work ethic, and be driven to provide a stellar work product.
