Commercial Express HVAC is hiring full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technicians throughout Virginia and Maryland.

What Youll Do

Work on complex commercial HVAC systems that keep critical facilities running every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failures
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and system issues
• Service and maintain equipment including chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers, and controls
• Collaborate with experienced technicians to continuously improve your skills
• Accurately document service work and system conditions

Requirements:

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver's License
