Pillar To Post Home Inspectors is looking for a Full-Time Home Inspector to join our trusted and growing team serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in the field with new challenges every day, this could be the perfect career for you.

What You'll Do
- Perform detailed home inspections following Pillar To Post standards
- Produce comprehensive digital inspection reports for clients and real estate professionals
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients
- Maintain equipment and uphold the company's reputation for quality and reliability
- Build relationships with local Real Estate Professionals and customers to grow the business

Qualifications
- Florida Home Inspector License (or ability to obtain one in 3 months or less)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and reporting software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Saturday (some flexibility based on client needs)
