Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist based in Roseville, CA. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions focused on enhancing fine motor skills, cognitive development, and sensory integration for children. Key responsibilities include working closely with children and their families to develop personalized therapy goals, conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Collaboration with other professionals and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy principles and expertise in working with children
• Experience in Sensory Integration and Early Intervention techniques
• Specialized knowledge and skills in pediatrics and child development
• Ability to build rapport with children and their families and communicate effectively
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Relevant certifications, such as sensory integration training, are a plus
• Passionate about working with children and helping them achieve developmental milestones
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
