Position Overview The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing repairs on vehicles and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The Technician will be expected to work independently, follow all company policies, and communicate with their team. Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Primary Responsibilities Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair order Perform all work specified on repair orders Maintain a clean work environment including but not limited to: cleaning vehicle, removing trash from shop, sweeping/mopping, etc. Maintain regular communication with Shop Manager in regards to vehicle status Communicate with management regarding vehicle status at the completion of service, repair or issues Adhere to all safety policies and procedures including: Fire Extinguisher Maintenance, Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), etc. Other duties as assigned by management Compensation $19.00 - $30.00 Flat Rate Based on Experience and Skill set Additional Information Full-time position Monthly Billed Hours Bonus Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - Lakeland, Florida (required) OKCARZ is a Drug-Free Company — background and drug screening required #J-18808-Ljbffr Ok Carz
