For more information, please visit** **THE.TEAM****.****WHAT YOU'LL DO:****Invoice Processing:** Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.* **Supplier Setup & Maintenance:** + Perform initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all vendor accounts. + Review and approve new supplier requests, checking questionnaires, required tax forms (W-9s), and bank details for electronic payments.* **Supplier Relations:** Respond to supplier inquiries and address payment-related issues.* **Process Improvement:** Continuously work to improve payment processes.**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*** **Skills:** Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving, communication, data entry, and time management.* **Education:** High school diploma required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.* **Experience:** Experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable is not required but highly beneficial.Base salary range: $45-50K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
