Job Details Location: Maple Grove BRI - Maple Grove, MN 55369 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $13.00 - $14.00 Hourly Job Shift: Open Availability Host Responsibilities Greet customers and welcome them to the restaurant. Assist guests with reservations and guide them to their tables. Provide accurate wait‑time estimates and answer initial questions about menus. Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff. Answer phones, schedule reservations, assist with side work, set up station, and perform light restaurant maintenance. Host Skills & Qualifications Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written). Highly developed interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. Must be friendly, hardworking, team‑oriented, punctual, honest, and comfortable with customer service. Must be available to work consistently, always have a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator. Host Employment Benefits Competitive starting wage ($12-14 per hour, based on experience).
