Grill Cook/Cashier Position
We are adding a grill cook/cashier to our team! Monday through Thursday. 10am-6:30pm.
Essential Functions:
* MUST HAVE COOKING EXPERIENCE. * DEPENDABLE & PUNCTUAL is a MUST! * Be self-motivated. Does not need to be micro-managed. * Team Player * Follows all cleanliness, organization, sanitation and food safety. * Must be able to follow directions and recipes. * Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times * Must have cashier and money handling experience * Execute recipes to the letter* Follows and completes production sheets* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment* Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload* Set up and tear down of workstation* Polite and professional communication style* Understands and utilizes FIFO* Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils* Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling* All other duties as requested by the leadership team
