Join a global leader in healthcare manufacturing and injectable drug delivery systems as a Contract Recruiter . Supporting site leadership and the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will drive high-volume recruitment for critical plant floor and warehouse operations in Jersey Shore, PA (with potential expansion to Williamsport). This 12-month hybrid role (3 days on-site/week) offers strong potential for extension or permanent conversion-an ideal bridge for dynamic agency recruiters looking to transition into enterprise corporate TA.

responsibilities:

• Proactively and strategically source, screen and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent
• Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment plans
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to understand the business needs and ideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the business
• Help to meet hiring needs through planning of job fairs, interview days, or other high-volume candidate processing programs that help the company most efficiently meet its hiring needs

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firm or preferably a corporate setting
