Job Summary

• We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology. 

Responsibilities 

• Take drink orders
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• Collect payment and operate cash register
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Supervise bar and floor staff, including managing cuts and break schedules
• Perform keyholder duties such as opening/closing the venue and managing the alarm system
• Handle escalated guest issues and resolve staff conflicts professionally
• Oversee cash handling, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits

Qualifications

• BILINGUAL NECESSARY (ENGLISH & SPANISH) 
• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items 
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and 
• Strong sense of accountability
