Load eggs onto trailer – ability to lift 4 flats at a time. Transport eggs to egg room using 4‑wheeler. Unload eggs into egg room and stack onto pallets: a) wrap pallets b) clean egg room c) assist egg truck driver to load pallets onto truck. Perform same tasks as an egg gatherer – gather eggs, clean workrooms, empty trash, walk floors & slats to find eggs & dead birds, help maintain & clean ranch grounds, clean waterers, clean lights, clean up ranch between flocks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Good management skills: personnel, organizational skills, conscientious, accepts responsibility, shows interest in ranch management. Outstanding motivation: must be self‑starter requiring minimal supervision. Good work record. Bi‑lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Must be able to lift & carry 50 pounds. Must be able to climb a 12‑foot ladder, step into & out of fathering pit (steep stairs), bend over & pick up eggs from the floor & walk 1.5–5 miles per day. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to submit and pass a pre‑employment drug test and criminal background check.
