• Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday (6am–8am start)
• Compensation: $20/hour + bonus (paid biweekly)
• Location: 14605 28th Ave, Plymouth, MN
• Employment type: Direct, Full-time

• Picking materials quickly and accurately with forklifts and other MHE.
• Double-checking item numbers, counts, and condition before moving or packing.
• Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
• Packing, palletizing, and labeling for outbound shipments, including hazmat and international orders; completing carrier and regulatory paperwork (certifications provided as needed).
• Recording receipts/issues/transfers in the ERP/WMS to keep inventory accurate.
• Processing stock transfers and internal material requests.
• Replenishing production and other assigned areas.
• Following documented controls, SOPs, and work instructions every time.
• Promoting a safe workplace and reporting hazards promptly.

Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Material Control to meet schedules, protect product in transit, and fulfill business requirements from order signal to shipment.

Cross-train and, if needed, certify to assist in other Warehouse Operations areas (e.g., material control, traffic) to support end-to-end flow.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of related experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or materials
• Basic literacy and numeracy
• Consistent, on-time attendance for the assigned shift
• Ability to earn and maintain forklift certification

• Counterbalance, stock picker, and/or reach truck experience or certification
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS tools
• Experience in combined manufacturing/production and warehouse settings

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
• Positive, cooperative communication style with peers, customers, contractors, and vendors
