Roofing Repair Assistant

As a Roofing Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial equipment and systems.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on commercial equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality.

You will be scheduled to go to multiple service calls each day. Review scope, investigate leaks, solve problems and report back to the service manager.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Before, during and after photos on EVERY job.
• Reporting back to service manager during and after each job
• Working in a timely manner + maintaining quality of work to reduce call backs.
• A+ customer service when on job site.

Commercial roofing experience required TPO, Metal, Tile and Shingle experience required.

Must have valid driver's license. Must pass 3MG Insurance requirements to drive vehicle.

Strong attention to detail and reporting experience is required.

Reporting into our Winter Park office working in the Orlando territory.

Job Type: Full Time, hourly

$18-20/hr. (based off experience) with the opportunity to get overtime.
