By joining our 5 star rated clinical team; you will be providing skilled services to help patients regain their independence in the comfort of their own home. Essential Job Functions: * Assist in providing a safe environment for the client. * Participates in client teaching according to the client's plan of care. * Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care. * Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. * Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements. * Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.
