This role involves a combination of research, data analysis, and hands on work to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the production of chemical products.Responsibilities:Research and Development• Conduct experiments and analyze data• Develop new products or improve existing ones• Collaborate with cross functional teamsProcess Design and Optimization• Design and plan production processes• Optimize processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness• Troubleshoot and resolve production issuesSafety and Environmental Compliance• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols• Implement and maintain safety procedures• Monitor and mitigate potential environmental impactsQuality Control and Assurance• Develop and implement quality control procedures• Conduct quality assurance testing• Ensure product consistency and quality standards are metProject Management• Plan and coordinate projects from conception to completion• Manage timelines and budgets• Communicate with stakeholders and provide project updatesTechnical Support• Provide technical support to colleagues and clients• Troubleshoot technical issues• Train and educate team members on new processes or productsDocumentation and Reporting• Maintain accurate records and documentation• Prepare reports on production processes and results• Present findings and recommendations to management or clients.High Impact Behaviors:• Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.• Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
