• Plan, lead, and assist with engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
• Help residents safely attend and enjoy daily activities
• Promote resident well-being by following safety guidelines, including fall prevention, infection control, and dementia care best practices
• Track attendance, assist with mail distribution, and support resident assessments to ensure meaningful programming
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support residents and the overall community

What You'll Need: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No prior experience required; paid training provided
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors
