Responsibilities Communicate effectively with team members and customers Safely operate and drive company trucks, forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment Load, unload, and move building materials, tools, and equipment Assist crew members with general labor tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, vehicles, storage areas, and job sites Follow all company safety procedures and policies Perform additional manual labor and support duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in construction, landscaping, masonry, or a related field preferred Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Willingness to learn new skills and techniques Strong communication skills and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks efficiently Join a company that values hard work, teamwork, and growth.
