Director of Federal Operations

To support a growing Federal organization, the full-time remote Director of Federal Operations will manage enablement needs, onboarding processes, and deal inspections while enhancing operational efficiency and strategic project execution. Key Responsibilities Support Federal-specific enablement needs and translate sales processes into clear execution rhythms Identify onboarding gaps for new Federal hires and create tailored onboarding materials Inspect priority deals for clarity on next steps, risks, and ownership while ensuring pipeline accountability Required Qualifications Proven experience in operational roles within fast-paced environments Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and hold senior teammates accountable Strong business judgment across sales, delivery, product, and customer engagement Experience inspecting pipeline quality and deal progression Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
