AR, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, ME, MO, NC, ND, NH, and TN NEXA Mortgage, LLC Part-Time | W-2 | Remote / Field-Based AR, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, ME, MO, NC, ND, NH, and TN Company Description NEXA Mortgage, LLC is a full-service mortgage broker providing residential and specialty lending solutions across a broad range of financing needs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, HECM/Reverse Mortgage, refinance, investor and DSCR financing, HELOCs, construction lending, commercial financing, and other specialized mortgage programs. Our broad lending platform allows licensed Mortgage Loan Originators to work with a wide variety of borrowers—from first-time homebuyers and veterans to real estate investors, homeowners, seniors, and self-employed borrowers. As we continue expanding our presence throughout the country, we are looking for motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join our business development and marketing efforts. The Opportunity The Business Development Marketer (BDM) is a part-time W-2 marketing position focused on developing relationships, increasing community awareness, expanding our marketing reach, and creating new business opportunities for NEXA Mortgage and its licensed Mortgage Loan Originators. This opportunity is especially well suited for someone who already knows how to connect with people, build an audience, create relationships, and/or already have a large book of business of Home Owners or Home Buyers. You may already be doing that through social media, content creation, real estate relationships, community networking, digital marketing, local business relationships, professional networking, events, sales, or business development. Mortgage experience is not required. We are looking for people who know how to market , communicate , network , and build relationships . Why This Opportunity Is Different The NEXA BDM program is designed to give entrepreneurial marketers an opportunity to use their existing relationships, marketing abilities, social media presence, community connections, and business-development skills within a structured mortgage marketing program. NEXA's broad lending platform also means you're not limited to marketing to one type of customer. Opportunities may exist across multiple audiences, including first-time and repeat homebuyers, veterans and military households, real estate investors, Realtors, homeowners, self-employed borrowers, builders, local businesses, and community organizations. You will work alongside a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, allowing you to concentrate on marketing, networking, relationship development, outreach, and creating opportunities while the licensed mortgage professional handles the mortgage-origination process. For someone who is entrepreneurial, comfortable building relationships, and interested in creating something beyond a traditional hourly marketing position, the BDM program provides an opportunity to build a meaningful presence in their local market while being supported by an established mortgage organization. This position offers performance-based compensation with the opportunity to grow as you demonstrate results. Business Development Marketers working with our team begin at a compensation level of 25 basis points (0.25%) on eligible closed-loan volume, subject to NEXA's BDM program requirements, compensation policies, payroll procedures, and applicable law. Example: On an eligible $400,000 closed loan, 25 basis points would equal $1,000 in gross compensation, subject to applicable program requirements, payroll withholding, and other terms. As a BDM demonstrates consistent production, effective marketing activity, professionalism, compliance, and the ability to create sustainable business opportunities, compensation may be reviewed and adjusted where permitted under the NEXA BDM program. We aren't simply looking for someone to complete a list of marketing tasks. We're looking for people who can build relationships, create opportunities, develop markets, and produce measurable results. The more value you demonstrate through consistent, compliant marketing and business-development performance, the greater the opportunity to discuss how your role and compensation may evolve.
