Overview Escrow Officer (Independence Title - Bee Caves Office) role at Independence Title – Austin, Texas area (Bee Caves Office). Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities Communicate and work closely with internal team and clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner, executing closing professionally. Process files, prepare CD’s/HUD’s, and complete all necessary paperwork/closing documents for the transaction. Obtain approval from lenders, order updates and determine clearance to close. Support and service business by diligently building and growing the client base and the work they bring. Assist and support team members proactively, communicating with respect. Establish professional working relationships with Sales Reps and participate in Marketing/Entertainment to increase customer base. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Must apply for Escrow Officer License once onboard, if not already licensed. Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer. Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process required. Microsoft Suite proficiency. This is not a work-from-home position.
