Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director ? Geriatric Medicine to lead a dynamic team in Mishawaka, IN. This is a unique opportunity for a board-certified physician with a passion for geriatric care to make a meaningful impact in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the senior population.

Job Highlights:

Serve as the Medical Director for a well-established geriatric program
Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide direct patient care and oversee clinical operations
Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality initiatives
Participate in strategic planning and program development

Requirements:

Board Certification in Geriatric Medicine
Active Indiana medical license (not willing to license)
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Strong leadership and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to geriatric patient care
