Bilingual Customer Service (Bachelor's Degree Required)

Location: Irving, TX

Schedule: Standardly M-F 8-5, requires flexibility and availability through 7AM-8PM rotations.

Compensation: Bachelor's Degree: $21.50 - 23.50/hr

Responsibilities:

Handles Incoming and Outgoing calls on a dialer
Contact customers to provide lease-end options
Contacts customers to verify final intentions
Contact dealers to verify balloon and lease returns
Quotes payoffs to customers, dealers, and insurance companies
Acts as a contact for customer and dealer questions
Provides general customer service
Provides marketing information to customers in an effort to promote lifetime loyalty
