Bilingual Customer Service (B achelor's Degree Required)

 

Location: Irving, TX

Schedule: Standardly M-F 8-5, requires flexibility and availability through 7AM-8PM rotations.

Compensation: Bachelor's Degree: $21.50 - 23.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Handles Incoming and Outgoing calls on a dialer
• Contact customers to provide lease-end options
• Contacts customers to verify final intentions
• Contact dealers to verify balloon and lease returns
• Quotes payoffs to customers, dealers, and insurance companies
• Acts as a contact for customer and dealer questions
• Provides general customer service
• Provides marketing information to customers in an effort to promote lifetime loyalty
