Systems Administrator SME

Responsible for server operations inclusive of hardware, operating system (OS), and utilities on the servers.Has expertise in Red Hat Linux and Windows operating systems and is responsible for configuration, patch management, version and sub-version upgrades, and all aspects of the availability of servers.Acts as Tier 3 response in operations environment where resolution cannot be handled by Tier 2 staff.Clearance Required: Public TrustExperience Required: 10 years’ experience in Systems Administration for software development projects utilizing Agile principlesEducation Required: Master’s degree. May substitute five years additional experience with a bachelor’s degree.Certifications Required: RHSCA – Red Hat Certified System Administrator preferred.Posting Date:Department: -
