• Board Certified in OB/GYN (Required)
• Ohio medical license (Preferred), in process accepted
• Active IMLC Compact eligibility accepted

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience (Required)

• Provide 24-hour in-house OB Hospitalist coverage
• Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Perform OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and deliveries
• Manage OB/GYN emergency department patients
• Collaborate with community OBs, family practice physicians, and subspecialists
• Communicate patient triage visits, deliveries, and new clinical issues with office physicians
• Support multidisciplinary OB critical care

• Collaborative OB Hospitalist program
• Strong partnership with community physicians
• Evidence-based best practices focused on continuity, quality, and patient safety
• Emphasis on improving clinical outcomes, patient experience, and cost-effective care
