Job Title: Business Data Analyst / Data AnalystJob Location: Austin, TX (Locals Only)Description: AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst / Data Analyst to join our growing team.Job Responsibilities:Seeking a Senior Data Analyst with experience in business and data analysis, including leading JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and analytical findings.The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills with the ability to develop and execute complex queries and joins, perform data quality analysis, and translate business needs into actionable insights.Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures to support data-driven decision-making is required.Required Skills & Experience:Experience in IT, supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.EExperience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement (requirements through implementation).Experience in business analysis and data analysis.Experience conducting JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and data analysis findings.Experience using SQL, including the ability to create and execute complex joins.Experience analyzing data quality.Experience designing dashboards, including measures and KPIs.Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).Education Required:Bachelor’s Degree Required AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
