Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary: Greeting faculty, staff and guests to the office. Scheduling appointments for staff. Phone coverage. Interaction with visitors to campus. Distribution of mail. Maintain the front office space. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Good interpersonal skills required. Position requires interaction with staff, faculty and visitors to the office. Ability to deal with several requests at the same time.
