Work Environment\n

This position allows for a complete remote work setup, offering a flexible and modern approach to counseling. As a member of our team, you will engage in a regular work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, enabling you to maintain a work-life balance while providing essential services to clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify the mental health needs and concerns of clients seeking care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that align with clients' goals.

• Deliver effective individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide integrated client care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate in clinical supervision sessions, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals battling addiction, as well as those experiencing mental health crises, trauma, emotional distress, and suicidal thoughts. Our diverse client base may include adolescents, adults, and families requiring immediate support and ongoing counseling. Your role will involve not only crisis intervention but also equipping clients with tools for long-term recovery and emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida.
