Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education/experience. Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
