We are seeking a Manager to join our Advisory Services Practice. This individual will drive client delivery and execution across initiatives that help organizations improve decision-making, strengthen financial operations, and drive performance. In this role, you will lead key workstreams, partner with senior leaders, and work closely with clients across areas business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting background, experience working across stakeholders, and a track record of delivering high-quality, practical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. What You Will Work On Lead and deliver business transformation and CFO advisory engagements Own and manage workstreams or programs, ensuring clear structure, timelines, and outcomes Drive execution excellence, including planning, risk management, and issue resolution Apply project management best practices to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Support change management efforts, including communications, adoption, and stakeholder alignment Partner with senior client leaders across business and technology teams Support large-scale transformation or enterprise program delivery Utilize delivery tools and platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, where applicable) Collaborate with RGP leadership to ensure high-quality client delivery What You Will Bring Manage delivery of Advisory engagements, spanning strategic transformation, operating model design, process improvement, risk and compliance, merger acquisitions, and more Lead and manage key projects or multiple workstreams, focused on analysis, solution design, and implementation, to help drive measurable business outcomes for clients. Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to define requirements, identify challenges, and develop practical, scalable solutions. Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, analyses, and reports for both working teams and executive audiences. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across workstreams and stakeholders. Drive implementation efforts, including process improvements, systems enablement, and operating model enhancements. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across engagements and proactively recommend solutions or escalate as needed. Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to assess business needs and support decision-making. Drive to the development of tools, templates, and methodologies to enhance delivery consistency and quality. Build and own strong working relationships with clients and team members, contributing to a positive team environment and high-quality delivery. Coach, manage and train more junior resources delivering upon client engagements. Serve as a performance coach and career mentor for undergrad and early career resources within the Advisory practice. Identify and lead internal initiatives and actively contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the Advisory Services practice and overall Consulting business. Support business development and sales efforts in partnership with practice leadership to drive expansion of services into new clients and markets.
