Job Description:Analyst, Brokerage OperationsThe RoleThis function specifically focuses on analyzing and processing transfer of assets delivery requests of mutual fund and brokerage accounts for several lines of business including Retail, Correspondent and Advisor customers. You will use multiple channels to deliver these assets, which include the Automated Customer Account Transfer System (ACATS) and the Depository Trust Company (DTC), among others. Some transactions will require you to interact and coordinate with our internal business partners as well as counterparts across the Financial Services industry.The Transfer of Assets Deliveries department handles transfer out requests and written inquiries regarding these requests for all internal lines of businesses to ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner. The department focuses on delivering quality in every interaction with the end goal of helping our clients meet their financial needs.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
