Superior Contracting Services is a fast-growing specialty contractor supporting commercial construction projects across New England. We're looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and wants to grow with a company where no two days look the same.

This role starts as a core administrative position with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow as you gain experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages and route inquiries appropriately
• Welcome visitors and support a professional, organized office environment
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee paperwork
• Support project documentation and payroll coordination
• Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, mail, meeting coordination)
• Track certificates of insurance and vendor compliance items
• Book travel arrangements as needed
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments

What You Bring

• Experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel especially)
• Fluency in Spanish (Portuguese a strong plus)
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
