In this role, you will be responsible for case strategy, planning, discovery, depositions, settlements, and more. You will also ensure that your team is aligned with the firm’s standards for excellence and that each case progresses effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead a team of Junior Associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision in all aspects of case handling. Manage high‑profile, complex cases , ensuring day‑to‑day tasks are completed in accordance with firm guidelines. Collaborate with other senior team members to discuss case strategy, discovery, and deposition planning. Take charge of law and motion practice, settlements, and other more complex aspects of litigation. Provide leadership in client communication , ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the litigation process.
