We are looking for seasonal, part‑time, and full‑time sales consultants to join the Zales sales team. Responsibilities Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires. Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits. Offer information about extended service plans and financing options. Meet individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives. Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication and relational skills. Benefits Base pay ranging from $18.21 to $24.60 plus commission on sales.
