Business Systems Analyst II
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and workflow analysis for EMR and healthcare application implementations.
Develop and document technical and process solutions to optimize clinical and business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage projects, ensure system functionality, and support ongoing enhancements.
Skills: Strong knowledge of EMR Implementation (Epic, Cerner, Athena) and healthcare workflows.
Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and project management tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
3 years of healthcare provider and EMR implementation experience.
Education/Experience: Associate Degree with a minimum of 3 years of healthcare provider and EMR implementation experience.
