• Healthcare Setting: On-site NICU and neonatology coverage

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,270-$3,880
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 13-week initial term with ongoing coverage needs
• Coverage Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM-8:00 AM
• Weekend Coverage: Full day and night coverage (7:00 AM-7:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)

Job Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license required
• At least 1 year of neonatal or NICU experience required
• Board certification required
• PALS certification required
• Comfort with weekday overnight and weekend NICU coverage in a high-acuity neonatal setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent NICU coverage and clinical support for a 24/7/365 neonatal care model
• Perform assessments, monitoring, and ongoing management for newborns requiring specialized care
• Respond to changes in patient status and support timely clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the neonatal care team to maintain seamless, high-quality patient care
• Support safe, compassionate, and efficient neonatology services for newborns and families
