Our busy pediatric practice is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist who is dependable, organized, and enjoys helping children and their families. The front desk is the heart of our office, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service while keeping the office running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is friendly, professional, and looking for a long-term position with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer a high-volume, multi-line phone system.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Verify insurance information and collect copays.
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Communicate clearly with parents, providers, and coworkers.
- Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently.
