Key Responsibilities Greet prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and present communities that meet their requirements. Manage leasing activities, including tour scheduling, lease preparation, and resident move-ins. Provide engaging and informative tours of the property, highlighting amenities and demonstrating the benefits of the community. Maintain knowledge of available lease terms and current move-in promotions. Process applications and perform credit and reference checks for prospective residents. Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist in organizing and hosting resident events and activities to foster a sense of community. Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates. Qualifications Prior experience in leasing, property management, or a similar customer service role is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective residents' schedules. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
