How you’ll make an impact in this role Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive brand growth and achieve core business goals for your assigned area. Monitor campaign metrics and financial performance to evaluate return on investment and optimize the use of budgeted funds. Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor attributes to identify high-value opportunities for patient engagement. Maintain strict alignment with corporate brand standards to ensure a consistent, trusted identity across all marketing tactics. Manage stakeholder and customer relationships to improve overall service delivery and align marketing efforts with operational needs. Education High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Design, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a specific focus on healthcare or hospital marketing. Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
