AI Solutions Product Lead: Strategy, Prototyping & Impact

Vertex, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager – AI Solutions to own AI-first product capabilities for Vertex customers, translating ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, requirements, and roadmaps while partnering with tax SMEs, engineering, UX, go‑to‑market, and customer success.

This hands-on individual contributor role ships production‑ready AI that is trusted and compliant, integrates into workflows, and demonstrates value through evaluation, monitoring, and performance metrics.
