We're looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Sales Associates . You'll represent established telecommunications clients inside major retail stores, helping customers explore available products, understand their options, and discover services that fit their needs.

You don't need years of experience to get started. We offer training, hands-on guidance, and opportunities to strengthen your communication, customer engagement, and sales abilities.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Start conversations with customers and create a welcoming first impression.
• Learn about customers' interests and explain relevant telecommunications options.
• Share information about product benefits, service features, and current promotions.
• Help customers navigate available options and complete the enrollment process.
• Keep sales records and customer information accurate and organized.
• Build product knowledge through ongoing training and daily experience.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet team objectives and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Represent our clients professionally within assigned retail locations.
• Visit different local retail locations when needed.

The Work Environment

This is an in-person role based inside participating big-box retail locations. Your workday will involve direct customer interaction, learning about telecommunications offerings, and helping customers understand available services.

You should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, speaking with customers throughout the day, and traveling locally between assigned retail locations as needed.
